Simportion is the food component of our plan. Instead of obsessing over calories we shift the focus towards portion control and balanced eating so that you can enjoy a flexible and healthy diet without having to give up the foods you love!

Our team places the utmost importance on emotional and mental wellbeing. We use Simpeace to help clear and work through any personal obstacles that prevent you from having a good quality of life.

We help you achieve this through cognitive behavioural therapy methods (CBT), meditations, affirmations for mental reprogramming, alongside guidance from direct personal experience from our team (some things can’t be taught!).
