An individual approach

Freshness without a one-size-fits-all facial

Hydration and pore care need to suit your skin barrier. We consider sensitivity, breakouts and your current skincare before choosing the treatment sequence.

Understanding your care

Care for your skin

HydraFacial combines cleansing, exfoliation and hydration. A consultation considers your skin type, sensitivity and concerns before the treatment is selected.

  • Congested pores and acne-prone skin
  • Dryness and uneven skin tone
  • Fine lines and sun-related skin changes

A considered treatment sequence

The treatment begins with a gentle cleanse, followed by a selected exfoliating peel to loosen pore debris. A suction handpiece extracts impurities before hydrating and nourishing serums are applied. Products and the approach are chosen for your skin rather than a standard routine for everyone.

Suitability & aftercare

Tell the team about allergies, active skin conditions and recent treatments. Temporary redness, tightness, irritation or an allergic reaction can occur. Your clinician explains the likely response and appropriate aftercare; results vary.

Your treatment, explained

Cleansing, exfoliation and hydration

HydraFacial uses a dedicated handpiece to cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate. A gentle cleanser removes makeup and surface oil; a selected peel loosens debris, suction lifts impurities and a serum supports hydration. A moisturiser finishes the treatment.

The concerns we can discuss

The assessment considers congestion, dryness, fine lines, uneven pigmentation and sun-related changes. Acne and pigmentation may also need medical care; a facial does not replace diagnosis or treatment of an underlying skin condition.

  • Congested pores and acne-prone skin
  • Dryness and hydration
  • Fine lines and texture
  • Hyperpigmentation and sun-related changes

Your session and skin response

Skin may feel more hydrated, but response and duration vary. Redness, tightness, irritation and allergic reactions are possible. Follow the team’s advice on moisturising, active skincare and sun protection.

Good to know

Your treatment questions

Sensitivity, active inflammation and allergies need review before treatment. The clinician selects products and exfoliation strength for your skin, or recommends delaying treatment.

It lifts loosened pore debris as part of the cleansing sequence. It should not be used aggressively on irritated or damaged skin.

Temporary redness or tightness can occur. Ask the team when to restart exfoliants or other active products, and follow their sun-protection advice.
