Your Journey

How it works

01

Initial Specialist Consultation

An in-depth assessment of your full medical history, existing health concerns, conditions and metabolic factors with Dr Chinnadorai Rajeswaran (Dr Raj).

02

You Join Your Plan

You can join our Specialist Weight Management Plan if it's recommended for you after the initial assessment. Treatment is recommended where it is clinically appropriate for you.

03

Blood Tests at the Start of Your Plan

Blood tests are part of the plan. They are carried out at the start and reviewed by Dr Rajeswaran so the plan is structured around your individual needs.

04

Ongoing Review & Long-Term Maintenance

Your treatment is reviewed by Dr Rajeswaran personally. Between consultations, every health review you complete is read and assessed by him, and you can tell us about side effects at any time. Then a planned, supervised approach to maintaining your weight.

It has been a pleasure working with Dr. Raj & team during my 39 kg weight loss. I have been morbidly obese my entire adult life and thought I would never be able to take the weight off. For the first time in 25+ years there was hope! Treatment and hard work, and I feel great in so many ways. Now in maintenance I continue to rely on the support of the clinic -- they are always there when you need them. I highly recommend.

Our approach

The Specialist Weight Management Plan

A comprehensive, supervised plan for patients with complex severe obesity, combining specialist medical oversight with attention to your wider health.

Your assessment considers blood sugar, sleep, appetite, inflammation and emotional wellbeing alongside your health history. Where clinically appropriate, medical treatment is selected carefully and adjusted according to how you respond.

Dr Rajeswaran helps you understand the factors affecting your weight and recommends an individual plan, with ongoing clinical review and long-term maintenance in mind.

The Specialist Weight Management Plan is our most intensive option for the most complex cases. Dr Raj recommends it after your initial consultation where it is the right level of support. Not everyone needs it. For others, consultations and review alone are enough, and what you are offered depends on what is actually going on.
